Spencer has a vast amount of grounds maintenance and land management experience, gained by working with a broad range of customers with very different requirements, at a variety of diverse locations.

These include commercial organisations, utility companies and civils, local authorities, hospitals, schools colleges, universities, sports venues and work for private clients.

Spencer’s ground maintenance team takes great care in understanding its customers’ needs to ensure that the content and appearance of the site and the environment that surrounds it is maintained to the highest level.

Spencer works regularly within SSSIs, SACs and National Parks. It is therefore familiar with the requirements of working within these sensitive and environmentally important areas.
