Spencer launches new website 19th December 2011 Spencer ECA is delighted to announce the launch of its brand new website: www.spencereca.com Detailing its full range of services, the new site has been designed to enable visitors to navigate easily through its pages, with no more than three clicks required to access the vast amount of information it contains, most of which is accessible straight from the home page. And, as well as the clear and easy to read descriptions of its services, to graphically demonstrate the extensive and diverse range of work Spencer is able to provide, there are 100s of photos to be found throughout the site.

Thanet Offshore Wind Energy Project 24th February 2011 Spencer is delighted to report that, in a recent survey carried out for Thanet Offshore Wind Ltd and site developers Vattenfall, its work in laying export cables for a major wind energy project is shown to be environmentally sound. Spencer ECA wins key partnership contract with Environment Agency 16th July 2010
Spencer ECA (Environmental Care Associates) is delighted to announce that it has recently been awarded a prestigious framework partnership contract with the Environment Agency. This important association is the first of its kind and will see Spencer working with the EA for an initial five-year period in South and West Wales.

Spencer breaks new ground with successful offshore wind energy cable installation 12th April 2010
Using its revolutionary SpiderPlow system, Spencer ECA has recently carried out a highly successful installation of heavy-duty export cables for the largest offshore wind energy project in the world. The work took place in Pegwell Bay near Thanet, Kent, in an area designated as an SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) and, what would traditionally take an army of men and a fleet of excavators working for a number of days, was carried out by a small team ofoperatives and Spencer’s SpiderPlow in amatter of hours.
